8 Days of Christmas Eye Makeup Tutorials: Day 2

Told ya it’s gonna be a gold look! Heh heh heh.

Wooohooooo!! It’s Christmas Day! What are you doing today? Going anywhere special?

Today’s look is very easy, I played down the rest of the eyeshadows to make the MAC Old Gold pigment stand out. It’s a very warm and classy look, nothing too extravagant that would frighten off little cousins – like these!

Here’re the products used to create this gold eye makeup look:

Eyeshadow Primer – UDPP Eden

Eyelid – MAC Old Gold pigment

Contour Area – MAC Satin Taupe

Outer V – Urban Decay Naked Palette Darkhorse

Highlight – MAC Shroom

Lower Lash Line – Sugaprill Pressed Eyeshadow Midori

Eyeliner – Bobbi Brown Long Wear Gel Eye Liner in Black Ink

Eyelash Primer – Shiseido Nourishing Mascara Base

Mascara – Lancome Oscillation Vibrating Infinite Powermascara

Eyebrow – NYX Auto Eyebrow Pencil EP05 Dark Brown

Face Primer – Monistat Chafing Relief Powder-gel

Foundation – Lancome Maqui Blanc Liquid Foundation

Face Contouring Powder – MAC Gold-Go-Lightly Studio Careblend Pressed PowderA

Cheekbone Highlight – MAC Beauty Powder Too Chic

Blush – NARS Blush Orgasm

Lip Balm – Estee Lauder Lip Conditioner SPF 15

I’ll be catching a movie with my cousins, and after that we’ll head for our grandmother’s place, to join our uncles and aunts. Nothing like a family get-together to spend Christmas! =D

A warm MERRY CHRISTMAS to you all! 😀

About Bun Bun

Hello! My name is Juli and Bun Bun is my alter-ego. I blog to share my love for makeup, how to apply it, and what works or what doesn’t work, all from an Asian perspective.

My first makeup product was a shimmery light blue lipstick which I proudly wore all over my eyelids and lips. It cost $2.50, felt like $250, and made me feel like a million bucks.
