30% Sale at BHG Tampines!

Yo-hey everyone!

I spent my Saturday afternoon jostling with the crowd to get my shopping done at 30% discount for regular items and 15% for sale items at BHG Tampines. Great time to catch a sale! I was intending to get some Bourjois stuff from Watsons when my mum told me about the BHG sale.

It’s a good time to get Christmas presents too!

I spent more than I intended before I stepped in, but hey, I didn’t shop all for me! So I felt better. Lol.

As usual, the first area I approached was the cosmetics counters, and here’s my loot! (I didn’t think you’d be interested in my other stuff – clothes, bags, lingerie, footwear)

Bourjois Healthy Mix Foundation (52)

Bourjois Flower Perfection Foundation (52 Vanilla)

Bourjois Liner Glitter Fizz Eyeliner (31 Black Star)

Bourjois Contour Clubbing Waterproof (45 Blue Remix)

L’Oreal Color Infallible Eyeshadow (022 Emerald Lame)

Pupa Multiplay Triple-Purpose Eye Pencil (07, 02)

Kate Eyeshadow JC (GD-1)

Revlon Colorburst Lipstick reviews (035 Blush)

I love shopping but hate the carrying afterwards! My shopping bags were so heavy I could hardly walk straight. So unglam. =(

Anyway, you’re gonna see reviews of these goodies soon! I’m so excited to try them out myself!

What about you? Have you started on your Christmas shopping?

About Bun Bun

Hello! My name is Juli and Bun Bun is my alter-ego. I blog to share my love for makeup, how to apply it, and what works or what doesn’t work, all from an Asian perspective.

My first makeup product was a shimmery light blue lipstick which I proudly wore all over my eyelids and lips. It cost $2.50, felt like $250, and made me feel like a million bucks.

Nice haul! I can’t wait to hear reviews, especially on those Bourjois foundations.

    • Bun Bun

Oooh! I’ve been using the Bourjois Flower Foundation and so far, it’s been GREAT! I’ll see how it goes after I use it more, so that I can give an objective review. =D

Love your haul! I hope to make some this month too…And I hate it when there are some things I can’t get in Malaysia, like Bourjois 😛 I want to get some revlon lippies tho…I have heard too much of it this November…ughhhh 😛

    • Bun Bun

Oh Bourjois is not available in Malaysia? I didn’t know that. I thought they usually ship around the same brands to both countries. One brand we don’t have though is Inglot. Ugh! One in Sunway Pyramid and another in Penang. So far awayyyyyyy~~~~!!! >.<

  • BooBooNinja

I’m interested in your thoughts on the Bourjois foundations too!
Also, do you ever use liquid concealers?
I find that the skin in my undereye area is a tad too dry for cream/thick concealers.
Seeing how we have the same skin tone and I’d be ordering any Asian products online, I’m appealing to you for a colour match and review! :)

I remember using the Clinique Airbrush Concealer before and still have the Revlon Age Defying Spa Concealer lying around. Both are rather sheer. The Clinique one is expensive! I didn’t like that they are click-pens. I have a problem with click-pens. Lol. I remember liking the Clinique one and even repurchased but after the second tube ran out, I went on to the Sonia Kashuk Hidden Agenda Concealer Palette.

Glad to be of help! =)

      • BooBooNinja

I’ll have to look into the Sonia Kashuk concealer on my next visit to the States.
It looks to be quite thick and heavy though. I’m concerned that it will crease on my normal-dry undereye skin. What is your undereye skin like? — I know your face is oily but is your undereye area oily as well?

ps what shade was your Clinique pen? Lisa Eldridge seems to love hers. I get your frustration with click pens dispensing product in erratic amounts. That’s got to hurt with expensive products. I’m curious about the Clinique pen to see if its a good colour match.
